Cette ligne est parcourue par<strong> trois types de rames\u00a0<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Des automotrices Bombardier, qui circulent par 3 ou 2 (voire seules\u00a0!)\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Des rames Bombardier (3 voitures entre lesquelles on peut se d\u00e9placer par un syst\u00e8me de sas), qui peuvent \u00eatre assembl\u00e9es par deux (i. e. 6 voitures). Les voitures me semblent un peu plus petites que les automotrices.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Des rames Alsthom plus r\u00e9centes, mais moins bien am\u00e9nag\u00e9es, compos\u00e9es de 4 voitures. J&rsquo;ai vu une fois deux rames assembl\u00e9es, mais c&rsquo;\u00e9tait pour d\u00e9placer une rame en r\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>Entre un assemblage de 2 rames Bombardier ou de deux automotrices, il y a donc une diff\u00e9rence de capacit\u00e9 \u00e9norme.<\/p>\n<p>Je constate ce que je consid\u00e8re comme un dysfonctionnement important. Je prends g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 l&rsquo;aller le train de 8 h, ou celui de 7h30, et au retour ceux de 18 h 30. Tr\u00e8s g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, elles se composent de 2 ou 3 automotrices Bombardier, rarement d&rsquo;une rame Alstom ou Bombardier. Le matin, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;heure de pointe, les rames sont bond\u00e9s, \u00e0 la limite du dangereux en cas de freinage brutal par exemple. Le soir c&rsquo;est un peu mieux, les retours sont un peu plus \u00e9tal\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Or, il m&rsquo;est arriv\u00e9 de partir \u00e0 8 h 30 le matin ou 19 h 30 le soir. Il y a nettement moins de monde sur les quais. Malgr\u00e9 ce, j&rsquo;ai alors tr\u00e8s r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement la surprise (qui n&rsquo;en est finalement plus une) d&#8217;emprunter <strong>des doubles rames Bombardier, largement sous-\u00e9quip\u00e9es<\/strong>. Encore plus \u00e9tonnant, j&rsquo;ai vu aussi passer (lorsqu&rsquo;elles sont en retard) en direction d&rsquo;Auch 8 h du matin de <strong>ces doubles rames Bombardier, quasiment vides<\/strong> \u00e9videmment.<\/p>\n<p>Et en plus de tout cela, il y a les trains \u00ab\u00a0<strong>exceptionnellement en capacit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite\u00a0<\/strong>\u00bb\u00a0; vu leur fr\u00e9quence, il semble que la SNCF ne conna\u00eet pas le sens de l&rsquo;adverbe \u00ab\u00a0exceptionnellement\u00a0\u00bb&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Je n&rsquo;ai pas grand-chose \u00e0 dire de plus, si ce n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;<strong>\u00e0 mes questions on a toujours r\u00e9pondu que l&rsquo;optimisation de l&rsquo;utilisation des mat\u00e9riels \u00e9taient une science trop complexe pour \u00eatre comprise par un profane, ce vis-\u00e0-vis de quoi je demeure sceptique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ce probl\u00e8me est d&rsquo;autant plus aigu que, de par les tron\u00e7ons \u00e0 une seule voie le long du trajet, un cadencement meilleur qu&rsquo;1\/2 h n\u00e9cessiterait le doublement des voies notamment en pleine ville (peut-\u00eatre envisageable entre Brax et Colomiers, mais pas entre les Ar\u00e8nes et Saint-Agne), ce qui me para\u00eet difficilement envisageable. <strong>En termes de priorit\u00e9, dans le cas peut-\u00eatre particulier de cette ligne, je mettrais des rames plus longues d&rsquo;abord<\/strong>, plut\u00f4t que de viser un s\u00e9quencement d&rsquo;un 1\/4 d&rsquo;heure qui\u00a0me para\u00eet\u00a0bien plus co\u00fbteux, et de long terme.<\/p>\n<p>Cordialement,<\/p>\n<p>David L.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>J&#8217;emprunte la ligne d&rsquo;Auch \u00e0 Toulouse, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment entre Pibrac et Saint-Agne.
